With 30+ years of experience, we have successfully built iconic brands across various culinary segments. The evolving food industry and the post-pandemic landscape have reinforced our vision to focus on bakeries, cafes, and cloud kitchens to serve a wider customer base. Our future growth will be driven by expanding Richie Rich Bakers, Masala Box, Richie Rich on Wheels, and Basil Garden. Additionally, we are working on franchising our bakery business and launching boutique cafes specializing in South Indian, Lebanese, Modern Indian, Oriental cuisine, and more across Gujarat.

He moved to Surat in 1985 from Mumbai and saw a huge potential in the fast food space. The journey which started with a dream of opening a fast food restaurant has now transformed into a multi-brand empire. He has created many new concepts for Surat which has earned him respect and admiration not only in Surat, Gujarat.
Bhavesh Shah
Managing Director
Food was always his first love which gave him an edge in the food industry. He came to Surat in 1987 to join Pankaj, and together founded Richie Rich in 1989. With a keen eye to find unusual combinations and a penchant for taste, he kicked up a storm in Surat with new flavors, textures and techniques. Today he looks after the food and beverage operations for the group and ensures that routine operations meet expectations and the target.

Yash is actively involved in developing a cohesive vision and strategic plan to guide the company with new and innovative ideas. His key contributions include building and managing inorganic growth through joint ventures, business planning and compliance.
